Integral Yoga Hatha
Level I Series
This course is perfect for:
1) those of you brand new to any kind of hatha yoga
2) those of you who have been out of the practice long enough to want to ease your way back into it 3) those of you who want to try a new style of yoga, and
4) those of you who are more advanced but would like the opportunity to fine-tune your practice by revisiting the more fundamental aspects of several basic poses
When?
Tuesdays, January 8 - February 12, 6:30-8pm

After completion of this 6-class course, you are completely ready to continue with Integral Yoga Hatha Level I/II (see below).

Level I/II Class
This class is perfect for:
1) Experienced beginners in IY Hatha
2) Those who have already been taking a different style of yoga and want to try Integral Yoga Hatha, and
3) Those who want to take the occasional group class to boost your solo practice (drop-ins permitted).

Wednesdays at 6:30-8pm

Payment Options:
Drop-in rate: $15/class
6-week rate: $80/6 classes in 6 weeks**
10-week rate: $120/10 classes in 10 weeks**
**There are no extensions, refunds, or credits for unused classes. However, you may make up a missed class during the original time period by coming to one of the course classes.
