- The usual ongoing Level I Integral Yoga Hatha Class that I teach will be free on Labor Day as part of the city-wide Free Day of Yoga. 6:15-7:45pm, Advanced Holistic Healing Arts Center. Beginner/Intermediate Level. All are welcome to attend!
- Friend and fellow yogini, Karen Kreps, is offering a free Integral Yoga Hatha class devoted entirely to pranayama, chanting and meditation - a nice way to deepen these practices that are lightly covered in the traditional Hatha class. 8:00pm, Advanced Holistic Healing Arts Center. All are welcome to attend!
